"Deep Dive" whale inspired art

Inspired by the gentle giants that roam our oceans, these beautiful creatures have inspired me as an artist long before I decided to work with any of the ideas I have had to intertwine them in my ocean art. 

This beautiful wall art can be hung in any orientation, I simply could not decide on which I loved more for photo presentation. I wanted to create the image of a whale that had surfaced, breached the water and created a foamy, churning wake before diving to repeat the ballet it had started.

The tail was inpsired by the beautiful grey and humpback whales of our oceans.. this particular fellow was made to seem like he has traveled our seas for many years, this great tail has seen many travels.
